Management
of PCOC
PCOC is governed by the Management
Advisory Board (MAB). The Board is responsible
for the strategic and executive management of PCOC including
its clinical and scientific governance and for compliance.
It meets at least twice a year, and is chaired by Mr
Noel Hicks.
The Scientific and Clinical Advisory Committee
(SCAC) is responsible for providing advice
to the PCOC Management Advisory Board on matters relating
to development priorities, data and reporting policy,
education and training issues and research and benchmarking
priorities. It meets at least twice a year, and is chaired
by Professor Kathy Eagar.
The Executive Directors Group (EDG)
is responsible for managing the operational functions
of PCOC on day to day management, financial reporting
and other accountability requirements. It meets at
least four times a year, and is chaired by Professor
Kathy Eagar.
